2)Fill out the forms and hand it back into Maxine .

 

3)We will confirm your place immediately

 

4)Or pop in to see us.

 

 

We encourage reception aged children to spend time with us during the summer holidays with us, just so they become familiar 

with staff and environment before they start school in September

 

We can help you with Tax Credits to assist with payments. (just ask)

Also we accept Childcare Vouchers

 

Kids Club Places are allocated on a first come first served basis.

If the day you have requested is full, ask about the waiting list.

Complete and return the enclosed session request form to Maxine Thompson-Curl
