Financial Agreement

 

 

As from Date Signed by Management and Client I hereby agree

 

• To make payment for the care of my son/daughter at Community Kids Club CIC @Hedworthfield and cleared in the bank before the last working day of the month.

 

•That I will pay at a rate of   

 

PM session                      £12.95 

Emergency Session         £17.00*

Holiday sessions Full Day £36.00

Half Day                        £23.00

Strike Days                   £42.00

• This contract is now for 52 weeks of the year

 

• Payments to be received in our bank by the 27th of the month

 

• Holiday sessions are booked separate but can also be spread over the 52 weeks

 

• Please note the above prices are for childcare only and there is no charge at all for the collection by our minibus or other vehicle.

 

• I understand I will be responsible for a fine of 10% per day plus an admin charge of £18.00 of my fees if I do not make the payment by the 27th of each month.

 

• In Service days are still charged for as we are still open

 

• To reference all payments made with my child's name.

 

• To pay for all sessions which have been booked in.

 

• To inform Community Kids Club CIC @Hedworthfield if my child will not be attending any booked in session.

 

• We require 30 days’ notice for any changes to your bookings or to cancel (in written form) 

 

• September Childcare starts 1st September 2024 till 31st July 2025 Term

 

• * Emergency Sessions = ad hoc emergency sessions, less than 24hrs notice

 

 

I understand the terms and conditions of Community Kids Club CIC @Hedworthfield and have signed the contract and I am aware the   policy and procedures of the Kids Club are available for me to read at any time at the club.
